FREE Defended Hour Card (Digital Download)

Your free printable from Be Better @ Turning 40.

The Defended Hour card. One A4 page with a slot for the day, the time and the place, a line for what you will do with it, a line for who in the house has been told and the sentence in a box for when the week comes for it. Then four weeks of ticks, because that is how long it takes a household to learn the hour is real.

No cost, no sign-up. Prints fine in black and white. Stick it on the fridge.
